1. Return Policy

You may return an item within 60 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

• We will provide you with return instructions and an authorization number.
• Pack the item securely and include all accessories and documentation.
• Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service.

2. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Important Notes:

• If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
• Refunds will not be processed for items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

3. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours before processing begins. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
